    Founded in 1958 as Muldoon & Horgan, Muldoon, Horgan & Loughman, has been engaged in the practice of law for over fifty years. The firm, which now consists of Edward D. Loughman, III and Michael R.Treanor, of Counsel, is located in New Rochelle, New York.

    Muldoon, Horgan & Loughman, is engaged in the general practice of law, representing individual, corporate and governmental clients in a variety of areas. While the firm's emphasis on trust and estate law has been constant throughout its existence, the current partners practice in a variety of areas.

    Edward D. Loughman, III devotes the majority of his practice to litigation and the balance to real estate, trust and estate and general practice. His litigation practice includes adult guardianship, personal injury; trust and estates, such as contested probates, discovery proceedings, kinship and accounting proceedings; real estate litigation, such as landlord-tenant, partition, boundary disputes, riparian rights and foreclosure; commercial litigation, and appeals. Mr. Loughman has published articles on diverse subjects, edited other authors both on the Fordham Law Review and the Westchester Bar Journal, lectured to the Bar and taught courses to the general population.

    Michael R. Treanor devotes the majority of his practice to litigation especially personal injury. Mr. Treanor is a former Trustee of the Village of Pelham and Supervisor of the Town of Pelham.
